NOTE: NPC's may take up to around 10 seconds before they start to dump objects around the map. Please be patient.

Also: Please leave a review of what impact you think this can have on you in regards to recycling, if this could instill a sense of proper disposal and recycling and how this could be made better to appeal more to individuals to inculcate the mindset to recycle.
